App Registration
Get set up in 5 steps
Welcome to the ʻohana. Here's how to download the app and register your athlete.
Search "Hawaiʻi Sports Nexus" — it's free
The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older. They register first, then add each athlete as a member. Both the parent and the player need an account, a signed waiver, and to follow the code of conduct before using the facility.
Create your account
The first account must belong to a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older — not the athlete. Create that account here, then add your child as a member in Part 2.
Download the app
Open the App Store or Google Play and search Hawaiʻi Sports Nexus. Download it for free.
Tap "Login or Create Account"
Open the app and tap Login or Create Account.
Create your account
Enter your email and tap Continue, or sign up with Google or Apple. Set a password and agree to the Mindbody Consumer Agreement and Privacy Policy to finish.
Complete your profile
Tap Profile at the bottom, then Edit in the top right. Add:
- Contact Info — mobile phone, country, street address, city, state, postal code
- Additional Info — date of birth and gender
- Accept the liability waiver (tap the link to read it first)
Save your profile
Tap Save in the top right. That's it — your login works across the Hawaiʻi Sports Nexus app and Mindbody.
Add your athlete
Link each child or dependent to your account.
Open your account info
Tap Profile, then Edit, then Manage account info under your name. This opens Mindbody inside the app — log in with the same email and password if asked.
Add the family member
Scroll down and tap + Add Member. Enter your child's first and last name, then tap Add. Repeat for each additional child.
Exit and reopen
Tap the X in the top left to leave Mindbody, then fully close the app and reopen it.
Complete your athlete's details
Tap Profile, tap your name in the center, then tap your child's name. Tap Edit and add their Contact Info and Additional Info, then accept the waiver.
